Who we are

"notjeremie's claws" (the "Service") is a personal-assistant service operated by Jérémie Quenet ("we", "us"), based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The Service provides AI-assisted messaging on WhatsApp, where a private assistant helps individual users ("Clients") with daily logistics — schedules, school messages, reminders, voice-note transcriptions.

What data we process

When you use the Service, we process:

• WhatsApp messages you send — text, voice notes, images, forwarded messages, plus metadata WhatsApp provides (your phone number, message timestamps, message IDs)
• Personal context you share — your name, household composition, calendar information, contacts, preferences, and any other context you choose to provide your assistant
• Service usage metadata — system logs (timestamps, message counts) required to operate the Service

We do not collect payment information through the Service. Subscription billing is handled separately.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate the Service for you:

• Receive your messages via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
• Process them through Anthropic's Claude AI to generate assistant responses
• Send responses back to you on WhatsApp
• Maintain your assistant's persistent memory so it remembers context across conversations
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, or training third-party AI models.

Who we share data with

To operate the Service, your messages and context are transmitted to:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Cloud API) — for message delivery. See Meta's privacy policy
• Anthropic PBC (Claude AI) — to generate assistant responses. Anthropic does not train on data passed via its API. See Anthropic's privacy policy

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketers.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany (European Union). Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

How long we keep your data

• Conversations and assistant memory: retained while you remain an active Client, so the assistant can recall context
• System logs: retained up to 90 days for operational and security purposes
• After you end the Service: your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or otherwise covered by GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (which terminates the Service)
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Children

The Service is not intended for use by children under 16. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active Clients via WhatsApp before they take effect.
